The iHUM Council brings five distinct perspectives to bear on complex questions. STRATEGOS (strategic), SOPHOS (wisdom), ELENCHUS (critical), TEKTON (practical), and SOPHIA (synthetic) deliberate in dialogue, culminating in an aufhebung synthesis that transcends simple consensus.
Unlike traditional single-agent AI, the Council surfaces tensions and trade-offs explicitly. In our demo, a startup founder asking about pivoting from B2C to B2B receives not a simple yes/no, but a nuanced "Don't pivot — EXPAND" recommendation that preserves existing traction while validating new opportunities.
